  • Home Loans:
    • At our core, we are tax accountants, so we know the ins and outs of how the taxation is linked to the properties and capital gains. We have many clients who already have investment properties. We deal with their rental tax returns and capital gain taxes. Based on our experience with the existing clients and updated taxation knowledge, we provide obligation free taxation and home loan advice in order to legally minimize tax obligation for possible clients.
    • In the property market, capital gain does not happen overnight, but over extensive periods of time. It is very important to set up home loan correctly in the first place and to have someone who has up to date knowledge about the taxation connected to investment properties to avoid any surprises when the capital gain tax arises in the future. Therefore, we help our clients to set up home loan correctly based on our experience in the first place and do tax planning in advance so that it helps to minimize the taxation implication in the long run.
